These Terms & Conditions define the scope of the website, its appointment and information features, and the responsibilities that apply when those features are used.
This website and Artie are not emergency services. For severe facial swelling, uncontrolled bleeding, breathing or swallowing difficulty, major trauma, loss of consciousness or another urgent danger, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest appropriate emergency department immediately.
Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions describe the use of this clinic website and its information and appointment features. Please read them with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the interactive features; you may still contact the clinic directly. These terms do not replace clinical consent, treatment or payment arrangements.
You must be at least 18 to submit a request for yourself. An appropriately authorised adult may arrange care for a child or another person. Provide accurate details and only information you have authority to share.
Browsing the site, using Artie or preparing a message does not itself establish a dentist–patient relationship or an appointment. Clinical care is arranged directly with the clinic.
General information, not diagnosis
Website text, treatment summaries, frequently asked questions and Artie's responses are provided for general information and clinic navigation. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, prognosis, treatment plan, second opinion or substitute for a dentist's examination.
Do not delay or disregard professional care because of website content. Dental symptoms may have different causes, and suitability for any procedure depends on clinical findings, medical history, imaging where indicated and informed discussion with a qualified professional.
Artie may help you find clinic information or prepare next steps, but it cannot inspect you, assess urgency reliably or guarantee that a suggestion is suitable.
A request is not a confirmed booking
The appointment builder prepares a WhatsApp message from your answers in the current page. Check and edit your selections before continuing. Opening the WhatsApp link passes the prepared text to WhatsApp; the clinic receives the message when you send it. An appointment is confirmed only when the clinic accepts a date and time.
Availability and response times vary. For a change to an existing booking, contact the clinic directly. If you cannot attend, please notify the clinic as early as possible. Any cancellation, deposit or payment conditions must be explained and agreed separately; this website does not impose a cancellation fee.
Messages may be delayed or seen on a shared device. Do not send passwords, payment PINs, one-time passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents. Important clinical instructions should be confirmed with the treating dentist. Appointment channels must not be relied on for an emergency.
Individual assessment always comes first
- Treatments shown on the website are services the clinic may provide; their display is not a recommendation that any treatment is appropriate for you.
- Availability, treatment stages, likely benefits, material risks, alternatives, recovery, fees and payment arrangements are confirmed after assessment and may change if clinical findings change.
- No healthcare professional or website can promise an identical or risk-free outcome. Healing, comfort, appearance, durability and treatment time vary between individuals.
- Website content does not replace informed consent. Ask the treating dentist any questions before agreeing to treatment.
Digital payments are handled directly with the clinic, not by this website. Confirm the available method, amount, recipient and any refund terms with the clinic before paying. An enquiry creates no payment obligation. Never share a PIN or one-time password.
Individual experiences are not guarantees
Patient reviews are attributed to their authors and reproduced or summarised from the clinic's Google listing. They reflect individual experiences, can become outdated and do not promise an identical result. Contact the clinic about incorrect attribution or content displayed here; Google manages the original listing.
Clinic and patient photographs do not guarantee a treatment outcome. Identifiable patient content requires appropriate permission. Logos, photographs, text and design may belong to the clinic, developer or other rights holders. Respect those rights when copying or reusing content, subject to uses permitted by law.
Use the website responsibly
You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive content, or use clinic contact channels for spam, harassment or fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for the information you choose to send and for having authority to provide information about another person. We may restrict access or decline to respond to misuse while preserving any rights available under law.
Other platforms set their own terms
WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and Reviews, email and hosting services are independently operated. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. The Google map connects to Google when it loads, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
The website developer provides technical design and maintenance services, not dental care. Treatment recommendations, clinical services, appointments and clinic charges are handled by the clinic. Each party remains responsible for its own actions and any duties imposed by applicable law.
Third-party names and logos identify the relevant services and belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement of this website.
Reasonable care, with lawful limits
The clinic aims to keep its information current, but hours, personnel, services and links may change. Maintenance, provider issues or technical errors may interrupt the website. Confirm time-sensitive details directly with the clinic and report any error using the contact details below.
General website information and external-service availability are not guarantees of clinical suitability, uninterrupted access or a particular outcome. Responsibility for any loss depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses negligence or deficient care, removes professional duties, or limits mandatory patient, privacy or consumer rights.
